About Coastal Marine and Property Services Ltd.

CMPS Ltd is a registered New Zealand company and was established in 2009. The company aim is to service the marine and home technical needs of the Eastern Coromandel Peninsula area. We are based in Hahei and cover the Whitianga to Whangamata coastline (taking in Cooks Beach, Tairua, Hahei, Hot Water Beach and Pauanui amongst others). Places further a field will possibly be considered as the borders of the area are not set in concrete.

In order to fulfil these aims and provide you with the service you expect, CMPS Ltd is currently establishing links with some of the nations top suppliers of marine products, wire and cabling and electronics equipment to become a supplier and installer to the local area. CMPS Ltd is also talking to other service providers such as the companies producing self reticulating sewage systems commonly in use in the Coromandel. Once successful CMPS will be able to be a local operator available to customers for service and possibly installation too. CMPS Ltd also intends to become a registered service office for marine equipment.

Attention to detail is also a must in any job, providing top service, maintaining a high standard of workmanship and having a good work ethic is what CMPS is all about too.

With boats and yachts it is often said “that the best two days are the day you buy it and the day you sell it“. At CMPS we aim to make the intervening days as good as the first and the last. If this can be applied to rental property as well then CMPS Ltd is here to give you, the owner, peace of mind whilst you are away from your bach or beach home.
